Ap95 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document contains binding terms that govern the use of the ap95 platform by all members in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ap95 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on this platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ap95 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and ap95 ("Platform", "We"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. ap95 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to members via the platform.

Basic Eligibility Requirements

  • Aged 18 and above
  • A valid Malaysian resident or citizen
  • Not subject to any local legal prohibitions
  • Registering with accurate and truthful personal information
  • Only one account is allowed per individual

2. Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

To access the full range of ap95 services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, current, and complete information as required in the registration form. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur.

Ap95 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend accounts where inaccurate, false, or misleading information is provided. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. ap95 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your password has been compromised, you must notify ap95's support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account until you report the matter to us.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As an ap95 member, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You are not permitted to use this platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or that may compromise the safety, integrity, or reputation of ap95.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ap95 platform:

  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to access or manipulate the platform
  • Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities within the system
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account
  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating any individual or entity
  • Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent in nature
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any existing balance, and appropriate legal action. ap95 reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to platform rule violations.

Minimum Age Requirement

The ap95 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure without any refund.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ap95 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made via payment methods approved by ap95, including local internet banking and digital wallets available in Malaysia.

Deposit

Deposits are credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. ap95 is not liable for any delays caused by payment processors or banks. Any deposit made in a deceptive or fraudulent manner will be voided and the associated account will be suspended.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe set by ap95 once all identity verification requirements have been met. ap95 reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to approving any withdrawal. Any withdrawal attempt linked to fraudulent activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Transaction Information

  • Currency: Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
  • Deposit Methods: FPX, Malaysian digital wallets
  • Verification: Required for all withdrawals
  • Withdrawal Period: Subject to current policy
  • Transaction Limits: Subject to current policy
  • Tax: Users are responsible for their own personal taxes

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The ap95 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ap95 makes no express or implied warranties that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. ap95 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, data loss, or system errors.

Ap95's total liability to any member, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount of the member's most recent deposit made within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ap95 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of ap95 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any content from this platform without prior written consent from ap95.

Third-Party Links: The ap95 platform may contain links to third-party websites. ap95 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at your own risk.

6. Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension and Closure

Ap95 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any member's account for reasons including but not limited to: fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, requests from legal authorities, or failure to submit required identity verification documents. In cases where an account is closed due to fraud, ap95 is under no obligation to return any remaining balance.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting ap95's support team through the platform. Voluntary account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending transactions have been settled and any eligible balance has been returned.

Changes to These Terms

Ap95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via the platform or to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
